  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Canada & USA: Estimated delivery 3–10 business days.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide.

  • Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your package is shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to high order volume, postal service issues, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Damaged or Lost Packages
